Darbyshire have researched the original framing employed by Josef Albers for his iconic ‘Homage to the Square’ paintings. These original frames were a foil wrapped timber section. We have recreated this using a bespoke ‘bullnose’ aluminium profile over which we spray a tinted lacquer to achieve a stainless finish.
If you are interested in these shapes, or would like more information about any aspect of our picture framing service, please don’t hesitate to fill out our simple contact form here.
