Jyll Bradley recently commissioned Darbyshire to fabricate and install components of her ambitious art installation ‘Green Light (for M.R.), currently on view at the Folkestone Triennale. Aluminium posts 100 x 100 mm wide x 5 m high were constructed to accommodate green fluorescent and two-way mirror fins. Green plexi is illuminated by a string of LED lighting. In early summer 2014, Darbyshire technicians installed ‘Green Light (for M.R.)’ with structural engineer Ben Godber, on site in Folkestone.
